Roseola infantum?

Due to the fever, nanny called me asking if I could take hazel to see a doctor in the mornning yesterday. The doctor said there would be three possibilities for the fever
1) flu 感冒(x)-no specific flu symptom (the same as what another doctor said 11/21 mornning).
2) urinary-tract infection 尿道發炎(x)- the blood testing report shown white blood cell not increase.
3) roseola infantum 幼兒玫瑰疹(?) -> the most possiblity, need to check if the measles shown!!

***理論上，若確知是玫瑰疹，是不需使用抗生素的，問題是在燒退，疹子出來之前，任誰也沒辦確定是不是玫瑰疹，只是有經驗的醫師會依自己的經驗及診察結果來作綜合的判斷及猜測。該醫師使用抗生素是否適當，我沒有當面診察病兒，不宜猜測，說不定該醫師經由診察結果認為令兒扁桃腺炎有細菌性感染的可能，所以才開予抗生素。抗生素的不當使用會加速抗藥性菌種的產生，影響的是整個人類和細菌對戰時可用武器的減少，而不是對個人的身體會有不良影響
