Shanghai 6/6~6/11

I was travelling alone in Shanghai most of the time.
Walking 5~8 hours a day. Food is too greasy and salty making me feel food sick. Some food , I only take one bit then leave it forever. Somthing bad contributes something good. My stomach become smaller. And I have more exercise from walking around.
At last day, we went to ShuCho to meet fred's friend. Not seeing much senery but knowing what the life Taiwaneses is. (Espeically, the housewife)
It is fun when chris shop with me. Many thanks to her~

Sleep with Grandpa

Finally, hazel cannot help falling asleep. We just placed she next to the grandpa.

Mommy's Day Dream

When I am in the playground, I see the sun, it makes me think about you.
當我在遊戲場時候, 看見陽光,就讓我想到妳。
Whenever i read this website, i always dream Hazel would talk to me sweat one day.
Is it just a day dream.
Yesterday, Fred and I discussed about Hazel's bad temper. To her, maybe it is too early to her to be understanding. But I do feel frustrated in feeding her or teaching her sometimes.
Hazel is not listening to me at all.
I wish one day she would say somthing sweet to me to comfort my bad day.

別追著孩子餵飯…

在國外，育兒專家總會對家有新生兒的家長耳提面命──嬰兒剛滿6個月大時就要讓他自己吃飯，就算是吃得滿臉都是食物，或是食物刀叉齊飛，也不要接手餵飯的工作，阻止孩子用手接觸食物、剝奪孩子自己動手吃食物的樂趣。

遊戲，是孩子認識世界的開端！

當孩子玩玩具時，媽咪爸比最好一同參與，但切勿「教」孩子玩，才能讓孩子的認知學習與創意觸發發展得更好喔！

現代父母多忙碌，在工作、家事、小孩之間團團轉，為了在經濟上寬裕一點點，往往就犧牲了親子時間，很多人就會買昂貴的玩具給孩子，當作一種補償。不過，提醒媽咪爸比，玩具雖然可以陪著孩子打發時間，但卻不代表玩具可以代替親子之間的陪伴與互動喔！所以，多撥一點空陪孩子一起玩吧，讓親子互動更好，孩子的遊戲啟發也會更豐碩！

對 初出生到學齡前的嬰幼兒來說，生命除了吃跟睡，最重要的就是「玩」！從媽咪跟寶寶玩遮臉躲貓貓，到扳手指唱兒歌、指認事物……等等，都算是遊戲。換言 之，寶寶認識這個世界的方法，就是從遊戲去認識、探索，而只要是新奇有趣的，寶寶就會自己發現，媽咪可以在生活中觀察，甚至自行跟寶寶一起發現、發明出屬 於兩人的專屬遊戲！

當然啦，光是媽咪跟寶寶，若沒有其他「輔助器材」，可能也會玩到興致索然。這就是「玩具」之所以存在的重點囉！目前市面上的玩具種類非常多，媽咪爸比再選購時，只要就能提供孩子不同功能與啟發的大類來選擇己款即可。

關掉電視 開始閱讀 活化思考

美國小兒科學會主張兩歲以下的兒童不要看電視，教育學家也認為電視會阻礙小朋友的腦部發育和學習能力，奉勸家長們，拿起書本，為孩子說個精彩的故事吧。

拜 視訊科技之賜，幾乎每個家庭都至少有一台電視機，甚至為了避免熱門時段搶選台器，各自房間都有一台電視機，遙控器在手，或坐、或臥、或躺，想看什麼就看 什麼。假使電囓x故障或碰上停電，便有許多人呆坐電視機前，不知道時間該怎麼打發！甚至會有人焦躁不安，大罵電視台或電力公司。即使是朋友相聚聊天，也常 習慣打開電視，選個較不吵雜的節目，當成背景聲音。現代的小朋友就更不用說了，只要節目開始，眼睛便瞪得大大的，有熟悉的布偶，一跳一跳的出現在電視螢光 幕上，即使身高還不及電視高也仰著頭站在螢光幕前，隨著布偶哼哼唱唱。

很多家長心裡想著：「孩子真聰明！才牙牙學語，就能跟著電視節目唱歌，甚至學英文，在親朋好友面前，要孩子特意表演一番。」不過，這可能是錯誤的觀念！

近年來，國外有很多的研究報告顯示，長時間看電視會造成腦部活動力大減，只要在電視螢光幕前坐上半個小時，新陳代謝與活動力都會下降，甚至看電視會使人變得被動與焦慮。專 家們從腦波的研究，透視電視對腦部的影響。人腦中有阿爾法波(Alpha Waves)，與類似催眠效果有關，還有貝塔波(Beta Waves)，顯示意識、理性思考。研究發現，人在閱讀時，腦中產生大量快速活躍的貝塔波，所以看電視的時間愈長，腦中的阿爾法波愈強、貝塔波愈弱。腦部 活動力大減，人就像被催眠一樣，思考力與注意力都下降。

美國小兒科學會(AAP)還公佈相關訊息，極力主張父母避免讓兩歲以下的孩子看電視。知名兒童教育學者皮爾斯(Joseph Chiton Pearce)指出，對於快速發育的幼兒頭腦而言，電視是剝奪幼兒腦部吸收適當養分的機會，不僅妨礙腦部發展，還傷害未來的學習能力。

In the Hospital

Hazel talked loud to a little boy with the language no one knew in the hospital.
Even she is sick, she still study people and hospital energetic in my arms.
It is hard to hold her, she almost turns over my shoulder to gaze at the boy or others closer.
As usual, the nurse measure her weight and height.
Height: 75 cm (<97%)
Weight: 9.3 kg (<75%)
Head: 45.5 cm (90%)

Why Hazel not Sleep Well This Week.

Hazel kept on turning the body because of the running nose and hot body temperature. She cried to express her pain. Till 4:30am, I measured her temperature which is up to 38.5.
Finally, I had her drank up the medicine and some water then back to sleep.
Hazel really is a brave baby.
She woke up at 7:00 with no crying but still smiled to us as everday mornning.

Not Sleep Well These Two Nights

Hazel was crying at night during sleep.
She woke up almost every hour with tearing crying and nose running.
It is hard to comfort her even holding her in arms.
Really worry her and break us hearts~
